To compete in the land and property development industry, a strong and distinctive brand identity is essential. When CJH Land asked us to reinvigorate their brand, we took the time to understand what they wanted but also carried out extensive competitor research to ensure we remained one step ahead. We then presented three options: the Safe Option, the Confident Option and the Brave Option. When we talked through each possibility, the client agreed that the Brave Option would bring them bang up to date, giving them a stronger position in the marketplace and an edge over their competitors. The success of the rebrand led to a full marketing overhaul, including new stationery, brochures, website, promotional items and interior office design.
A professional and contemporary new brand, which elevates CJH Land and sees off their competitors. The brand has been well received by the whole company and will soon be fully launched into the market place... watch this space!
