CJH Land is an independent land and development agency that specialises in selling residential development land and property. The company asked us to reinvigorate their brand so it better reflected their objective to maximise value in all aspects of residential development.
Our starting point with CJH Land was to undertake extensive competitor research to help develop a brand that would keep them one step ahead. The success of the rebrand led to a full marketing overhaul, which included new stationery, brochures, a website, promotional items, interior office design and signage.
Their new website features an interactive map of their portfolio locations, so visitors can easily search for land for sale, and the CJH Land team can manage and edit the pages in-house.
