Positioned directly opposite Oxford Technology Park and surrounded by the region’s leading science parks, the development required a distinct identity to capture high-growth occupiers.

We created a bold brand and logo that reflect its prime location and high-specification spaces. To drive commercial interest, we delivered a targeted marketing package featuring leasing brochures and a website highlighting the park’s strategic connections and spatial flexibility. We also designed striking on-site signage to ensure strong visibility, giving Aerox a clear and confident presence alongside Oxford’s premier research locations.
