A prime commercial business park in Poole, Fleets Corner is a 27-acre estate with distribution warehouse, trade counter and light industrial and office space. When we came on board, the site was about to have a large sum of money injected into it, with a new development and prestigious new tenants.
Although a brand existed for the site, there was no marketing. Our initial remit was to formalise the existing brand and create a full set of site signage; however we took the time to look further into the possibilities and challenge the current approach which led to our initial suggestions being so well received that the client asked us to create a new website and marketing material for the site.
We recommended a clean, fresh look which also denoted confidence, to help Fleets Corner compete with similar sites nearby. The brand has successfully represented the site over time, and we create new brochures and additional marketing in the same style, as they’re required.
