The building offers adaptable open plan offices that blend contemporary workspace with an exceptional specification. Set over 5 floors, the building is located close to Reading station with town centre amenities on its doorstep.
An abundance of office space in Reading made it imperative that we create a particularly memorable brand for TW12VE. We achieved this with a striking pink colour palette and an eye-catching name, using a mixture of numbers and letters in the brand logo. The marketing campaign was creative and fun, with a concertina brochure, 3D marketing suite graphics with illuminated wall displays and plenty of memorable details.
The whole campaign was well thought out and focused, as we continued the 12 theme throughout. By applying the theme to the specification details, amenities and graphics, we captured the audience’s attention and made TW12VE stand out in the marketplace.
The pre and post-launch marketing for TW12VE proved to be a success, with regular email campaigns and social media marketing. Using the brand's eye-catching pink and grey colour palette along with iconic, animated infographics, the digital marketing campaigns generated a lot of awareness and enquiries for the property.
