In a stunning countryside valley on the edge of the village, Freshford Mill offers a selection of high-end homes and apartments to complement the neighbouring historic mill buildings. This sensitive development was delivered over two phases and we were delighted to have the opportunity to create the marketing for the first phase.
The site’s new developer asked us to create a fresh brand that would help overcome some negativity associated with the development and relaunch the site to the market. The new brand needed to attract buyers to phase 1, which included detached and terraced homes, and also suit a growing development.
The previous marketing was black and out of keeping with the beautiful site. We wanted to breathe some life into the visual brand, enhancing the countryside element and creating a design far more reflective of the scenic surroundings.
Having delivered a fresh new brand, we produced a website, marketing brochures, onsite signage, mailers and email marketing. The brochure and flyers were printed on an uncoated stock to reflect a more gentle, natural vibe which suited the site.
