Howard Tenens is a privately-owned property company with a growing portfolio of over 3.5m sq ft of warehouse space across 12 UK sites. Known nationwide for its logistics capability, the company has a lesser-known property arm, which needed to be brought into the limelight and make its mark in the property sector.
The company approached Kubiak to create a property specific brand, as well as a website and brochures. The goal was to highlight and promote Howard Tenens’ existing buildings and new builds and help cement the property team’s position in the market.
We created a confident new brand, which complemented the logistics side of the business while proudly staking its place in the property world. A bespoke website emphasised the scale of the Howard Tenens property team and its nationwide offerings, while an interactive map drew in potential customers to make a lasting impact.
