Deeley Freed are a commercial property development business based in Bristol and have built up a reputation over the last 30 years for delivering some of the most successful developments in the region. With a successful track record of delivering high-quality, mixed-use schemes, they approached Kubiak to redesign their brand, website and in-house literature to reflect their ongoing acheivements.
Kubiak were appointed to create a new brand and website to represent Deeley Freed's collaborative approach and ambitious, creative process to tackling complex projects.
We refreshed their existing brand by evolving their logo to consist of three linked boxes and extending their colour palette. The existing dark blue colour was updated with a supporting colour palette of mint and coral.
A new asset library of illustrated graphics and an animated street scene were created to showcase Deeley Freed's diversity in projects and to reflect their environmental and sustainability credentials in a fun, quirky and approachable way.
Using the new colour palette and illustrated assets we created a fresh new website, which allows prospective clients to clearly differentiate between the core services Deeley Freed offers all under one roof. The website's portfolio section allows users to now easily see the diversity of their portfolio, with simple 'at a glance' details for each project, utilising the new custom illustrated graphics.
The new brand was updated across all of Deeley Freed's literature including stationery, in-house presentations and documents as well as on their company workwear. Additional illustrated animations were created for Deeley Freed to use on social media.
